Santa Paula Astec Double Barrel Dryer/Drum Mixer Hydrojetting with DrumJet

HPC provides hydrojetting cleaning of the plant’s Astec Double Barrel dryer/drum mixer using its DrumJet high-pressure water cleaning system. DrumJet is designed to quickly & safely remove material buildup in the mixing chamber. The tool fits under the dryer/drum mixer\’s hydraulic door and allows HPC to compete the cleaning process within one 8-hour shift, minimizing plant downtime, cleaning the drum to bare metal, and eliminating damage to the equipment and safety issues associated with other cleaning methods which place personnel in the unit.
