Asphalt Plant Silo Hydrojetting

HPC completed material removal from two asphalt drums at Bradshaw Plant to support efficient plant operations. HPC has developed proprietary tooling for removing hardened asphalt from plant silos impacted by buildup within the units. Accessing the unit from either below or from the top, HPC can remove from 10 to 40 tons of material per 8-hour shift, depending on material hardness. HPC\’s water-based, high-pressure cleaning system eliminates damage to the equipment cause by mechanical methods and eliminates safety issues associated with other cleaning methods which place personnel in the unit.
